These terms govern your use of Orrery (“Orrery”, “we”, “us”), accessible at orrery.me. By using Orrery, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Orrery is an information and analytics service that aggregates public prediction-market data. We do not execute trades, custody funds, or provide brokerage services.
2. Acceptable use
- No scraping that exceeds normal browser traffic volumes.
- No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent access controls.
- No use that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- No reproduction of Orrery content as if it were your own without attribution.
3. Accounts and contact
Parts of Orrery may require you to provide an email address (for the Daily Brief, waitlists, or account features). You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Third-party data
Orrery relies on third-party APIs (including Polymarket Gamma, CLOB, and Data APIs). We are not responsible for upstream outages, data errors, or changes. Orrery is not affiliated with Polymarket.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orrery is provided “as is” and its operators disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
